Each year, we complete one Community Hero Home Project — a fully renovated manufactured home awarded to a first responder in need.

This isn’t marketing. It’s our way of giving back.

How It Works

1. Nominations open to the public and local departments.

2. We review each submission carefully.

3. One recipient is selected each year.

4. We renovate the home and award it.
